Rabbit Monoclonals
Spring Rabbit Monoclonals (RMAb) combine the best high affinity antibodies from rabbits with the unique high specificity of monoclonals. Spring's Rabbit Monoclonal antibodies portfolio has demonstrated high sensitivity when used in Immunohistochemistry (IHC) paraffin-embedded tissues (FFPE).
Spring developed the first rabbit monoclonal antibodies for use in IHC. These “SP” or Spring proprietary clones have subsequently risen to international prominence in their respective areas. Most notably is the SP1 Estrogen Receptor antibody. SP1 is now recommended as the gold standard by leading breast cancer experts and are distributed around the world.
Rabbit Polyclonals
Antibodies produced by rabbits are known to have higher affinity than antibodies raised in mice. Spring's Rabbit Polyclonals are antigen affinity purified and show higher specificity compared with many commercially available rabbit policlonals.
